The Amherst Community Market is a start-up food co-op working to expand food access to all individuals within our community. We envision a cooperative grocery that will serve as a one-stop market in a convenient, preferably downtown, location.
Being a worker-owned co-op will allow us to provide meaningful and empowering employment to residents in the area. Our consumer-owners will play a vital role in supporting the co-op as well as the community. Together we will help to grow the cooperative economy locally and beyond!
